Your Redsbaby b-pod by Britax Capsule will be shipped in one (1) carton/box. Carton 1: 400 x 440 x 765mm, 11kg.
Choose your pram model from the selection available to add the compatible adaptors for your Redsbaby pram. Compatible with NUVO*, ONIX, AERON and JIVE/METRO prams using the corresponding adaptors.
Please note: Each Redsbaby pram uses a different set of adaptors to fit your capsule onto your pram model (NUVO, ONIX, AERON and JIVE/METRO compatible).
* NUVO Double: When used with the NUVO Pram in double mode, the capsule must be positioned in the upper position parent-facing with the lower seat parent-facing only.
General shipping information
Once your order has left our Sydney warehouse, we’ll send you an email with your tracking information. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for your order to arrive with you. If you’re not at the nominated address when delivery occurs, a calling card will be left in your mailbox.

30 Day Indoor Trial
Britax Capsules, Spare Parts, Gift With Purchase Items, Nursery Furniture & Nursery Furniture Accessories are excluded from the 30 Day Indoor Trial. These items must be returned to Redsbaby unopened and completely sealed in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Free Returns
Spare Parts, Accessories, Sale/Outlet, Nursery Furniture, Nursery Furniture Accessories, ex-demo, display, imperfect boxes, warehouse sale or any discount items offered by Customer Care are excluded from free returns. These items must be returned to Redsbaby at the Customer's expense.
Bundles and capsules bought as part of a Travel System are eligible for returns. If all products are returned, then a refund will be issued on all items. If a partial return is requested, then a partial refund will be issued.
Warranty
All Redsbaby Products come with a 24 Month Warranty as standard. To receive an extra 12-month warranty, customers are required to complete our registration form within 60 days of receiving their order. The standard 24-month warranty commences from the date the item(s) is shipped from the Redsbaby warehouse.
Products marked as ‘Ex-Demo’, 'Display', ‘Warehouse Sale’, ‘Reconditioned Stock’, ‘Imperfect Box’, ‘Sale/Outlet’ and ‘Discontinued’ come with a 24 Month Warranty as standard and are not eligible for an extra 12-month warranty.
