Which capsules are the Britax Unity NEOS Adaptors compatible with?
The Britax Unity NEOS Capsule Adaptors are only compatible with Unity NEOS and Unity Isofix produced from 2014 onwards. They are not compatible with the Britax b-pod and Britax b-pod lite. To purchase capsule adaptors compatible with the Britax b-pod or Britax b-pod lite you can purchase the capsule adaptors available here.

Are the adaptors compatible with the Britax b-pod or Britax b-pod lite?
No. For these models, Britax has designed the capsule to use the same connection as the Maxi-Cosi capsule adaptors. If you purchase a Britax b-pod or Britax b-pod lite you will need to purchase the NUVO Capsule Adaptors sold separately here. We also sell the Britax b-pod lite in a travel system package with all Redsbaby prams. The travel system package includes the pram, Britax b-pod lite capsule and capsule adaptors. Should I use my Britax Capsule on my Redsbaby Pram rather than using the Bassinet for my newborn?
No. We don't recommend you use a capsule to replace the Redsbaby Bassinet in alignment with safety guidelines for capsule use.

The Redsbaby Bassinet allows your baby to lie in a lie-flat position during the crucial stage when their spine is still developing. It also helps ensure that your baby's neck doesn't flex forward, blocking their airway, which can occur when using a capsule for long periods. While leaving your sleeping baby in a capsule may be more convenient, we recommend you only use the capsule for short periods in your pram.

Do I need to buy the Britax Unity NEOS Capsule Adaptors separately when using a Britax Unity NEOS Capsule?
The adaptors provided with the Redsbaby JIVE/METRO Bassinet are the same adaptors used for the Britax Unity NEOS Capsule.

Once your order has left our Sydney warehouse, we’ll send you an email with your tracking information. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for your order to arrive with you. If you’re not at the nominated address when delivery occurs, a calling card will be left in your mailbox.

Our standard warehouse processing time is 1-2 business days. During peak periods, please allow up to 6 business days. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be shipped out to you when all items in the order are ready for shipping.

30 Day Indoor Trial

Britax Capsules, Spare Parts, Gift With Purchase Items, Nursery Furniture & Nursery Furniture Accessories are excluded from the 30 Day Indoor Trial. These items must be returned to Redsbaby unopened and completely sealed in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Free Returns

Spare Parts, Accessories, Sale/Outlet, Nursery Furniture, Nursery Furniture Accessories, ex-demo, display, imperfect boxes, warehouse sale or any discount items offered by Customer Care are excluded from free returns. These items must be returned to Redsbaby at the Customer's expense.

Bundles and capsules bought as part of a Travel System are eligible for returns. If all products are returned, then a refund will be issued on all items. If a partial return is requested, then a partial refund will be issued.

Warranty

All Redsbaby Products come with a 24 Month Warranty as standard. To receive an extra 12-month warranty, customers are required to complete our registration form within 60 days of receiving their order. The standard 24-month warranty commences from the date the item(s) is shipped from the Redsbaby warehouse.

Products marked as ‘Ex-Demo’, 'Display', ‘Warehouse Sale’, ‘Reconditioned Stock’, ‘Imperfect Box’, ‘Sale/Outlet’ and ‘Discontinued’ come with a 24 Month Warranty as standard and are not eligible for an extra 12-month warranty.
