Note: The JIVE Second Seat Rain Cover must be used in conjunction with the main seat Rain Cover.
Pull the Rain Cover over the lever located at the top of the seat or bassinet canopy. Pull forwards over the canopy and hook over the lever located at the footrest/foot end of the seat or bassinet.
It's best to allow it to dry naturally in the shade.
ONIX & AERON:
No. The design of the COSY Bassinet Rain Cover is different to the ONIX and AERON Seat Rain Covers and they cannot be used interchangeably.
NUVO, JIVE & METRO:
Yes. For the NUVO, JIVE and METRO, the Rain Cover is designed to fit on the bassinet and seat interchangeably.
Yes. The NUVO Rain Cover can be used in double mode:
- Upper seat parent-facing and lower bassinet parent-facing
- Upper seat parent-facing and lower seat world-facing
- Upper capsule parent-facing and lower seat world-facing
Note: A second Rain Cover cannot be used in twin bassinet mode on the lower bassinet.
No. The Second Seat Rain Cover must be used in conjunction with the main seat Rain Cover.
The JIVE/METRO Seat + Bassinet Rain Cover is compatible with the following models:
- JIVE², JIVE³, JIVE⁵ & JIVE Platinum Prams
- METRO², METRO³, METRO Lite & METRO⁵
- Limited Edition JIVE and METRO Prams
Note: The JIVE/METRO Second Seat Rain Cover must be used in conjunction with the main seat Rain Cover.
General shipping information
Once your order has left our Sydney warehouse, we’ll send you an email with your tracking information. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for your order to arrive with you. If you’re not at the nominated address when delivery occurs, a calling card will be left in your mailbox.
Our standard warehouse processing time is 1-2 business days. During peak periods, please allow up to 6 business days. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be shipped out to you when all items in the order are ready for shipping.
30 Day Indoor Trial
Britax Capsules, Spare Parts, Gift With Purchase Items, Nursery Furniture & Nursery Furniture Accessories are excluded from the 30 Day Indoor Trial. These items must be returned to Redsbaby unopened and completely sealed in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Free Returns
Spare Parts, Accessories, Sale/Outlet, Nursery Furniture, Nursery Furniture Accessories, ex-demo, display, imperfect boxes, warehouse sale or any discount items offered by Customer Care are excluded from free returns. These items must be returned to Redsbaby at the Customer's expense.
Bundles and capsules bought as part of a Travel System are eligible for returns. If all products are returned, then a refund will be issued on all items. If a partial return is requested, then a partial refund will be issued.
Warranty
All Redsbaby Products come with a 24 Month Warranty as standard. To receive an extra 12-month warranty, customers are required to complete our registration form within 60 days of receiving their order. The standard 24-month warranty commences from the date the item(s) is shipped from the Redsbaby warehouse.
Products marked as ‘Ex-Demo’, 'Display', ‘Warehouse Sale’, ‘Reconditioned Stock’, ‘Imperfect Box’, ‘Sale/Outlet’ and ‘Discontinued’ come with a 24 Month Warranty as standard and are not eligible for an extra 12-month warranty.
