As the manufacturer, Redsbaby Pty Ltd, which has its main business location in Australia (hereinafter referred to as ‘Redsbaby’), supplies Redsbaby prams, strollers, and accessories (hereinafter referred to as ‘product’) under warranty subject to the following conditions:
The manufacturer’s warranty is for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase as indicated on the sales receipt. The remaining guarantee for the original product will apply for a replacement part product or a repaired product.
The manufacturer’s warranty applies in the region in which the product was purchased. Redsbaby only guarantees that the product is in compliance with the statutory provisions or government regulations applicable to the region in which the product was sold. Redsbaby reserves the right to apply different warranties in different regions.
This limited manufacturer’s warranty only applies to a product which is purchased for private use. It does not apply to product purchased for commercial use in any situation, including commercial rental.
The customer reserves the right to have their product repaired, unless Redsbaby or their authorized distributor deems a replacement should be issued.
Redsbaby reserves the right to stop manufacturing a particular model, color, fabric or accessory at any time. Redsbaby or their authorized distributor will replace the product or part of the product with a similar part, color, or fabric during the manufacturer’s warranty period.
To make a claim under the manufacturer’s warranty you must provide Redsbaby or their authorized distributor with the following: a. a legible copy of the sales receipt containing the sales date; b. a clear description of the complaint; and c. the defective product or photographs/video of the defective part or product.
The manufacturer’s warranty is not transferable and may only be invoked by the first owner.
The manufacturer’s warranty does not affect your statutory rights, for example the right to hold the distributor liable for defects.
What is covered by manufacturer's warranty?
All manufacturing defects in the chassis, frame, wheels, and adaptors
All parts of the harness
All seams in the fabrics, Velcro fasteners, and zippers
The manufacturer's warranty will not apply in the following circumstances:
Failure or defects resulting from improper care or use, including incorrect assembly/disassembly of the product.
Normal wear and tear including scratches, marks, and fading.
If the product is purchased second-hand or from an unauthorized distributor.
Use of a part or accessory not compatible with the product and/or not manufactured or recommended by Redsbaby.
Tyre wear, punctures, holes, or cracks.
Any modification or alteration to the product not conducted or authorized by Redsbaby.
Deterioration of the product due to environmental conditions, including high humidity, salt spray, ice, or snow or due to insufficient maintenance including rust.
Accidental or intentional damage, abuse, or neglect.
Airline/transport damage: check your product carefully after it has been handled by the airline (or other transporters) and if required, submit your claim directly to your travel insurer/airline.
Consumer dissatisfaction with the product in terms of disliking the fit, weight, functionality, color, or style.
If the batch number on the product has been damaged or removed.
When the product has not been used for normal use and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

Contact the retailer you purchased the product from:
To make a claim within the warranty period
For complaints outside the manufacturer’s warranty period
For replacement or spare parts.
Ensure you keep a copy of the sales receipt and keep it in a safe place.
Redsbaby reserves the right to change the provisions of the manufacturer’s warranty at any time.
