If your order includes pre-ordered products, it will ship within 2-6 business days of the expected availability date.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, your order will ship when all products are in stock.

No, Redsbaby Australia only offers shipping within Australia. If you live in Europe, you can find a retailer near you on our find a retailer page.
Shipping costs vary depending on where you are located in Australia, and are calculated at checkout, so you’ll know exactly how much to expect before you place your order. Simply add the items you want to your cart, enter your shipping details, and we’ll provide the shipping cost.
While we don’t offer free shipping, we aim to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible to ensure you get the best value when shopping with us.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you once our warehouse has packed your order, and it is ready for shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to appear in the Australia Post or Direct Freight Express tracking system once you have received your tracking number.
If your order contains pre-order products, please refer to the estimated dispatch date on your order confirmation. Your order will ship when all products are in stock, and your tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been prepared for shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking details to appear in the shipping system after dispatch.
If your order only contains in-stock products, we aim to dispatch it within 1-3 business days from our warehouse.
If your items are in stock or your pre-order estimated shipment date has passed, and you still haven’t received tracking information please Contact Us with your order number.
To submit a warranty claim, simply complete our online warranty claim form. Once we receive your submission with all required details, our team will review it and get back to you with the next steps.

How to return your order:
Once we receive your return, we’ll arrange your refund.
Products must be unused and in original condition with all packaging. The Britax b-pod Capsule must be unopened and completely sealed in its original packaging. For Baby Bundles, all items must be returned together to receive a full refund.
Spare parts, accessories, and sale/outlet items are not eligible for free returns and must be returned at the customer’s expense. Complete our RETURN ACCESSORIES/SPARE PARTS FORM.

Every Redsbaby product has care labels which you can refer to for detailed instructions. We have also provided general instructions below:
Plastic and metal parts - Use warm water and a mild detergent to clean the parts, fully dry before use
Fabrics - Clean the fabric with warm water and a mild detergent, dry in shade. Ensure the fabrics are fully dry before use.
Moving Parts/chassis/wheels - Wipe all surfaces with a damp cloth and mild soap. For moving components (wheels, brakes, handlebars), spray with silicone spray (it is important you only use silicone spray, and no other type of lubricant otherwise you may damage your product). For optimal performance, apply sparingly to moving parts every 8-12 weeks.
Additional care instructions - Avoid using abrasive or corrosive cleaning products or anything that contains alcohol. These can cause stains, discoloration, and damage, especially to the leatherette parts of your pram.
