Shipping costs vary depending on where you are located in Australia, and are calculated at checkout, so you’ll know exactly how much to expect before you place your order. Simply add the items you want to your cart, enter your shipping details, and we’ll provide the shipping cost.

While we don’t offer free shipping, we aim to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible to ensure you get the best value when shopping with us.

No, Redsbaby Australia only offers shipping within Australia. If you live in Europe, you can find a retailer near you on our find a retailer page.

Yes, we offer express shipping for SKIP2 and SKIP3 strollers only. If you need your stroller urgently, you’ll see the express shipping option available at checkout. This option ensures your stroller is delivered as quickly as possible.

Please note, express shipping applies to delivery times with Australia Post and not the processing time at our warehouse.

Your order will be delivered by either Australia Post or Direct Freight Express, with the carrier automatically chosen based on the best option for your area/postcode.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details.

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Here’s what to expect based on your items.

In stock products
If all your products are in stock, we aim to ship your order within 1-3 business days from our Sydney warehouse.

Pre-ordered products
If your order includes pre-ordered products, it will ship within 2-6 business days of the expected availability date.

Orders with both in stock and pre-order products

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, your order will ship when all products are in stock.

Please Contact Us if you have any questions regarding shipment of your products.

Once all items in your order are in stock, we’ll ship them together from our Sydney warehouse.

However, Australia Post and Direct Freight Express may separate parcels during transit. We recommend checking your tracking details to follow the progress of each parcel in your order.

Delivery timeframes vary based on carrier and the stare we’re delivering to.

Australia Post

Regular shipping:

NSW + ACT: 2-4 business days

VIC, QLD + SA: 3-6 business days

All other states: 5-7 business days

Express shipping (SKIP2 and SKIP3 only):

NSW + ACT: 1 -2 business days

All other states: 1-3 business days

Direct Freight:

Regular shipping:

Metro areas: 2-4 business days

Non-metro areas: 2-5 business days

Once your order for an in-stock item has been processed, we’re unable to make any changes.

However, if your order includes pre-order items with a future dispatch date, changes can still be made. Please Contact Us with your order number to request changes.

Your tracking number will be emailed to you once our warehouse has packed your order, and it is ready for shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to appear in the Australia Post or Direct Freight Express tracking system once you have received your tracking number.

Orders with products on pre-order
If your order contains pre-order products, please refer to the estimated dispatch date on your order confirmation. Your order will ship when all products are in stock, and your tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been prepared for shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking details to appear in the shipping system after dispatch.

Orders with in-stock products
If your order only contains in-stock products, we aim to dispatch it within 1-3 business days from our warehouse.

If your items are in stock or your pre-order estimated shipment date has passed, and you still haven’t received tracking information please Contact Us with your order number.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to appear in the Australia Post or Direct Freight Express tracking system once you have received your tracking number.

If your tracking number hasn’t updated within 48 hours of receiving your tracking number, please Contact Us with your order number.

Sometimes parcels can become separated in transit. If you’ve received part of your order, check your tracking to see the status of the remaining products. Most multiple-parcel orders arrive within 48 hours of the first package. If 48 hours has passed and you believe a product is missing, please Contact Us with your order number.

Split orders

Occasionally, we will split your order, and in-stock products will ship before pre-order products. Your pre-order products will be dispatched based on the date provided in your order confirmation email. Once your order has been prepared for shipment, your tracking information will be emailed to you. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking details to appear in the shipping system after dispatch.

If you’re not home when the courier attempts delivery, they will leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule or pick up your package from a local depot or post office. Please refer to the notice or online tracking information for specific instructions on redelivery or pickup.

If you don’t collect your parcel in time, it will be sent back to us, and you will be charged a reshipping fee. We recommend you pay attention to the tracking information provided to avoid any delays or additional charges.
